He is survived by: his wife Shirley Roe Tuck; his daughters, Tracy Buchanan (Scott) of Asheville, NC and Jerri Tuck of Charlotte, NC; his stepdaughter Amy Willcox (Thomas); his grandchildren, Andrew Tuck Buchanan, Mary Julia Buchanan, Caroline McIvor Willcox, Emily Roe Fers (Tyler) and Elizabeth Law Willcox; his sisters, Ellen Mahaffey and DeLane Dukes; his nephews, Will Dukes, Jay Mahaffey and George Mahaffey; his niece Joni Mahaffey; and his friends, Jimmy, Leon, Ron and Frankie.
