She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hopper and Ellen Bland Hopper; and her siblings, C. B. Hopper and Betty Harrill. She is survived by: her daughters, Donice Winslow (Penny Bostain) of Greenville and Sharon Capps (Michael) of Rutherfordton, NC; and her grandchildren, Justin, Philip, Patrick Winslow and Carrie Brown Gilliland. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
