She is survived by: her parents, Arlan Hawkins and Cindi Hawkins; her husband Patrick Neal Cummings; her sons, Swain Thomas Cummings and Eli Patrick Cummings; and her brother Arlan Glenn Hawkins, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bible Study Fellowship in honor of Rachael's memory.
