He is survived by: his children, Richard Kollien and Joan Smith; his stepdaughters, Heather Littleton (Stuart) and Laurie Mitchelle Baker; and his siblings, Doris Gilhooly (Jim) and William Kollien (Patricia). He is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Friends.
