He is survived by: his children, Betsy Orr (Jerry) and Phil Holford, Jr.; his grandchildren, Mary Jane Satterfield, Ethan Orr, Thomas Satterfield, Madison Holford and Ashlyn Holford; and his sister Nancy Holford.
