He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wilfred Smith, Sr. and Bertha Hughes Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Paul Smith III (Joana) of Simpsonville, SC, Charlie Smith (Renee) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Kristen Sammons (Tim) of Abbeville, SC; and his granddaughter Avery Carolyn Smith of Tarpon Springs, FL.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Downtown Chapel (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
His family was instrumental in the purchase of the church bells, by making the first monetary donation towards the purchase.
