He is survived by: his wife Martha Lewis Guy; his sons, Jerry (Vickie) and Clayton (Tara); his grandchildren, Brandon (Destiny) and Riley (Addie Rae); his great grandchild Paisley; his sisters, Audrey Guy and Fay Hedgepath (Wayne); and his brother-in-law Richard Hamilton.
