It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Jean Brewton of Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred James Hester and Mildred Zena James Hester; her son Rocky Mckinney; and her sister Betty Alice Winegard. She is survived by: her husband Maurice Brewton of Greenville; her daughter Cindy Mitchell (Mike) of Woodstock, GA.; her stepchildren, Deitra Page and Kevin Brewton (Mariah); her grandchildren, Camille Goble (Andrew), Amanda Adams (Heath), Rachel Gregory (Michael), Camden Page, Chloe Page, Jackson Currin and Audrey James Currin; her great grandchildren, Stella Goble, Vivian Adams, Eloise Adams, Rocklan Gregory and Maddux Gregory; and her sisters, Linda Ray (Jimmy) and Barbara Campbell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Berea First Baptist Church (529 Farrs Bridge Rd, Greenville, SC 29611). A reception was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 9:00 AM.
