She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Fulks and Margaret Clary Fulks. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Johnson and Brittney Whiten (Ben); her grandson Dylan Whiten; her brothers, Rex Fulks and Jeff Fulks (Debbie); and her nephews, J. L., Christopher and J. D. Fulks.
