We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 82, Monnie L. Broome of Greenville, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett M. Broome and Ada White Broome. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Gravely; his children, Leah Broome Tankersley and Nathan Broome (Katie); his grandchildren, Charlie Tankersley (Avery), Anna Tankersley, Jack Tankersley, Emmett Broome and Savannah Broome; and his brother Gerald D. Broome. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
