It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Dougherty (Greenville, South Carolina), born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dougherty and Patricia Shackle Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Joy Dougherty; his children, Karen Hendrickson, Annja Sims (Rick) and Joshua Dougherty (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jacob Folsom, Kristen Coons (Chris), Taylor Beery, Austin Beery, Roland Dougherty, Aodhan Dougherty, Soren Dougherty and Leo Dougherty; his great grandchildren, Brayden Coons, Maya Beery, Jacob Coons and Judith Joy Coons; and his siblings, Paula Pedigo (Wes), Charlie Dougherty (Renee), Pat Dougherty (Becky) and Tom Dougherty (Lettie).
