He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. White and Helen Newland White; his son Ryan M. White; and his sister Nancy L. White. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann P. English.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the St. Giles Presbyterian Church capital campaign.
