He is survived by: his mother Deborah Ann Burkhalter; his daughter Justice Autumn Clark; his grandchildren, Kasen, Kein and Lilah Mae Clark; his siblings, Timothy Brian Clark (Melanie), Little Eddie Wallace and April Wallace; his grandmother Mary Burkhalter; his uncles, Ron Burkhalter, Jr. (Tammy), Billy Burkhalter, David Clark (Beth) and Joe Clark (Vicki); and his aunt Donna McCoy (Richard).
