She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Lawrence Mullinax; her father Herman John Sathoff; her son Bryan Mullinax; and her siblings, John Sathoff and Annabelle Mason.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Paula Mullinax; her children, Martin Mullinax (Pam) and Merrylee Mullinax; her grandchildren, Mike Mullinax (Stephanie), Angie Sousley (Derrick) and Alison Mullinax; and her great grandchildren, Emma Mullinax, Megan Mullinax, Josiah Sousley, Henry Sousley, Carson Sousley and Isaac Sousley.
