He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Duncan and Vera Duncan; and his brother Bob Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Kates (Davon), Davina Overcash (Larry) and Jeff Duncan (Amanda); his siblings, Jerri Carter and Joel Duncan; and his sister-in-law Janice Duncan. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
