He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Capri and Joseph Capri; his son Tony Capri; and his sisters, Elizabeth Capri and Patricia Capri.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Capri and Joey Capri; his brother Julius Charles "Joe" Capri; his sister-in-law Janet Capri; and his granddaughter Layla.
