We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024, at the age of 88, Mamie Lee Chapman Hearst of Greenville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert; and her parents, Ira Chapman, Sr. and Lula Kilgore Chapman. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Hearst of Simpsonville, SC, Shirley Lewis (Arthur) of Greenville, SC and Paula Hearst of Wilmington, DE; and her goddaughter Selena Mitchell of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
