She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Manning Smith; and her parents, Carlos Washington and Lonie Howard Good. She is survived by: her daughter Joni A. Shipman (Chris) of Travelers Rest; her siblings, Sanford Good, Bill Good, Carl Good and Faye Martin; her grandchildren, Morgan Jackson (Devin), Zach Shipman (Cortney) and Meredith Shipman; and her great grandchildren, Kimber Bradley, Kane Jackson, Reece Shipman and Wren Shipman.
Memorials may be made to Paris Mountain Baptist Church at Half Mile Lake, 2091 Howlong Avenue, Greenville, SC 29609.
