She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Karl Jäger and Ottilie Jäger; her sister Elsbeth; her husband Eric; her children, Michele Elizabeth Balck Helffrich and Jeffrey Richard Balck; her grandchildren, Jenna Elizabeth Helffrich, Samantha Grace Helffrich, Jeffrey Hunter Balck, Campbell Michele Balck and Carlie Brooks Balck; her daughter-in-law Rachel Ida Balck; and also Lucie. She was also cherished by the youngest of three sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Downtown Chapel (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601).
