We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2023, at the age of 97, Louise Eula Murphy (Greenville, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Shirley D. Murphy; her parents, George Burgess and Ruby Burgess; her son David Murphy; and her siblings, James, Hazel Taylor, Frances Lee and Tola Dinko.

She is survived by: her children, Betty Burns, Susan Murphy, James W. Murphy (Martha J.) and Robert Murphy (Ann); and her siblings, Jeroline May and Haskell. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Life Worship Center Building Fund, 2825 Anderson Rd, Greenville, SC. 29611.
