She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Miller, Sr. and Texie Miller Bryant; her former husband James Andrew Mullinax; and her siblings, Janie Miller Stountenburg and Richard.
She is survived by: her husband David Fowler; her sons, Steven Mullinax (Debra) and Richard Mullinax (Gretchen); her grandchildren, Hillary Brannon (Scott), AJ Mullinax and Eric Mullinax; her great grandchild Lawson Brannon; and her brothers-in-law, Johnny Fowler (Teresa) and Don Fowler (Gail).
