She is survived by: her grandchildren, Steffond Clay (Gitonya) of Fountain Inn, SC, Geoffrey Demetrius Clay of Mauldin, SC, Taryn Spurgeon of Greenville, SC and Andre Ballenger of Greenville, SC; her daughter-in-law Diane Ballenger of Greenville, SC; and her nephew Theodore "Ted" Hunt (Thomasina) of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
