She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Martin Rushing; her parents, John Samuel Brock of Brock's Drive-In and Natalya Wright Brock; and her son J. Samuel Rushing. She is survived by: her children, Heather Hanna (Chris), Morgan Cooke (Ross) and Natalie Humphrey (Andrew); her sister Linda Morris (Don); her niece Rhea Morris; her pet Otis Johnny; her nephew Eddie Morris; and her pet Stella. She is also survived by her 15 great-grandchildren.
