She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Carter and Helen Carter; and her former husband Paul S Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Steve Hawkins (Lisa), Tony Hawkins (Michelle) and Summer Fowler (Brad); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Patrick, Autumn, Julie and Scarlett; her great grandchildren, Rowen and Bridger; and her siblings, Sherry Blackwell, Betsy Hallman, Terry Carter and Michael Carter.
