He is survived by: his wife Joan Lupo Hall; his children, Joey Hall (Kelly) and Tammy Mills (Thomas); his sister Carol Dill (Jack); his brothers-in-law, Harold Graves (Geri) and Douglas Lupo (Remella); and also, Lauryn Mills, Jackson Mills, Liam Hall and Mary Tynan Hall.
