He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Fletcher Ballard and Dorena Hamilton Miller Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carolyn Chandler Ballard; his son Robert S. Ballard of Seneca; his brothers, Bob Dersch (Tammie) of Piedmont, K. Scott Ballard (Judi) of Lewisburg, WV and Mark T. Ballard (Sheila) of Ronceverte, WV; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Funerals and Cremations - Pickens Chapel (105 Florence St, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 11:00 PM.
