Harris Cotner of Wapakoneta, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Matthew Cotner, Jr., Mary Branch Cotner of Greenville, SC, Collins John Rutkowski and Martha Caroline Rutkowski. He was also cherished by his children, their spouses and his grandchildren.
