It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henderson (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Eliza Sullivan Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Donald Henderson; his children, Vanassa Henderson of Greenville, Sherry Byrd of Greenville, Lamar Henderson (Beauty) of Greenville and Joseph Byrd of Greenville; and his siblings, Juliette Aiken (Anderson "June") of Greenville, Margaret Sloan of Greenville, Macy Byrd of Greenville, Shelby Pardlow of Greenville, Robert Henderson (Connie) of Pelzer, Perry Henderson of Greenville and Lester Henderson of Greenville. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
