He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Allen and Bessie Peden (Carlson); and his brother Edgar Allen Peden II. He is survived by: his wife Jane Peden (Magee); his daughters, Jennifer Peden Jerozal (Robert) of Greenville, SC and Amy Peden Hakim (Mark) of Cornelius, NC; and his grandchildren, Catherine, Abigail Jerozal and Carson Hakim.
