He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray and Mozelle Swafford; his former wife Eloise Swafford; and his granddaughter Courtney Summer Roach. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Siebold Swafford; his children, Sheila Strickland (Albert), Sherri Hughey (Ryne) and Stephen Swafford (Dana); and his stepchildren, Angela Bolton, Audrey Siebold, Sylvia Siebold, Ed and Jason Siebold. He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren; and twenty nine great grandchildren.
