He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Curtis Wakefield and Margaret Ree Massey; his close friend Bertha Anita Hagood; his children, Shannon Hagood of Greenville, SC, Shacoreyon Williams of Greenville, SC, Michael Hagood of Greenville, SC and Demetrius Hagood of Greenville, SC; and his siblings, Linda Anderson of Greenville, SC, L. T. Massey and Robert Earl Massey. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
