He is survived by: his wife Ginger Johnston; his children, Lindsey Turner (Jayson), Todd Johnston (Catherine) and Hannah Patterson (Chase); his grandchildren, Aden, Kenna Johnston and CJ Patterson; and his siblings, Paul Johnston, Jr., Laurie McGraw and Patti Jo Grove.
