He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Ivan Garrison. He is survived by: his mother Myra Jones Garrison of Simpsonville; his brothers, Eddie (Irene) of Easley, Dennis (Debra) of Walhalla and Chris (Amy) of Simpsonville; his nephews, Josh Garrison (Kara), Jake Garrison, Hunter Garrison, Connor Garrison and Joey Garrison (Meagan); his niece Peyton Garrison; his great-nieces, Penny Garrison and Madelynn Garrison; his great-nephew Parker Garrison; and his caregiver Vincent Wilkins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jeffrey's honor may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
