As Jeffrey Dale departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeffrey Dale may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey Dale leaves behind.
He is survived by: his parents, J. W. Minter and Loretta Minter; and his siblings, Angie Hudgins (Jeff) and Stacy Minter (Mary). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
