She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Dillard and Louise Wingo Dillard; and her brother Joe Dillard. She is survived by: her husband James Coggins; her children, James "Jay" Coggins (Lissa), Edward Coggins (Cathleen) and Amy Neal (John); and her sisters, Vicki Cox and Carol West. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
