He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hicks and Annie Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughter Lisa Hamon (Antony); his granddaughter Jordan Bowers (Chase); and his siblings-in-law, William Clyburn (Rita) and Debbie Hoffman (Glen).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to National Wild Turkey Federation or a local animal shelter.
