He was predeceased by: his parents, James Enloe and Frances Callahan Enloe; his wife Carmen Edith Montes Enloe; his daughter Nereida Rosie Vaughn; and his grandson James Allen Vaughn.
He is survived by: his children, Angel Rios of Greenville and Jacquelyn "Jackie" Centeno Garcia (Luis) of Greenville; his granddaughters, Stephanie Garcia, Kelly Vaughn (Gabriel Trincado) and Alexandra Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Julian Trincado and Demetris R. Johnson, Jr..
