He is survived by: his wife Wanda McDaniel; his children, James Satterwhite (Kim) of Greenville, SC, Jule McDaniel of Greenville, SC, Richard Alvarez of Lyman, SC, Andrea McDaniel Jones of Lawrenceville, GA, Desiree Miller of Greenville, SC and Tammy Berry (Johnny) of Mauldin, SC; his siblings, Martha Smith (Elvin) of Simpsonville, SC, Elizabeth Robertson (Freddie) of Greenville, SC and Tony McDaniel (Caroline) of Simpsonville, SC; his brother-in-law Willie Wood (Guella); and his caregiver Renee Burris. He is also survived by His sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
