He is survived by: his wife Renée Kayal Boyett; his children, James Van Boyett and Danielle Renée Boyett; his sister Susan Boyett Reinert (Peter); his parents-in-law, Dr. Raymond John Kayal Sr. and Mary Loraine Kayal; his siblings-in-law, Raymond John Kayal Jr. (Corinne) and Mary Theresa Kayal; and his nieces and nephews, Hunt Elliott (Jenny), Ford Elliott (Hillary), Raymond John Kayal III, Mitchell Kayal, Caroline Trautmann (David), Kristen Reinert and Gabriella Kayal.
