He was predeceased by: his father Verner Sam Galbreath; his wife Eula Gray Lambert; and his siblings, Betty Fowler, Billy Galbreath and Joan Cisson.

He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Jo Galbreath and Jodie Clem (Sharon); his grandchildren, Kayla Burnett (Michael) and David Bellis; his great grandchildren, Addison Case and Grayson Burnett; his siblings, Randy Galbreath and Nancy Galbreath; and his caregiver Marie Pierto. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
