She is survived by: her mother Lorena Couch; her significant other James; her children, Pam King (Barry), Danny Hartsell (Barbara) and David Hartsell; her siblings, Annette Hamilton and Barry Phillips; her grandchildren, Lori Mansell (Kevin), Brandon King (Allison) and Dana Banister (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Corey Morgan, Jaylen Parks, Jacob Banister, Max Banister and Emma King.
