She was predeceased by: her husband Elliot Collins, Jr.; her parents, Leeroy Gibson and Leona Pruitt Gibson; her daughter Dorothy Collins; and her grandchildren, Eric Collins and Tynslee Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Hopkins (Mark) and Mark Collins (Beth); her brothers, Mike, Kevin, Kenneth, Ricky and Randy; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Heather, Charlotte, Alex, Nichole, Chyanne, Amber and Ethan. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
