He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Lockaby and Eula Jones Lockaby; his former wife Ernestine "Tina"; his son Larry Lee Lockaby; and his siblings, Andrew Lockaby, Glen Lockaby, Harold Lockaby, Faye Lee, Duane Lockaby and Bobby Lockaby.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lockaby; his daughter Kim Wilson (Chris); his stepdaughters, Patti Owens, Marie Wettig (Scott) and Alora Holloway; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Barker (Tony), Stephanie Robinson (David), Kati Galvin (Shea), Logan Holloway (Chelsea), Dane Wettig (Kayla), Ranon Holloway, Josh Kelly (Chelsea) and Lauren Kelly. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
