He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Tiffany Hendricks. He is survived by: his son Herbert Francis (Louise Laura Brent); his wife Joan M. Brent; his daughters, Beverly Waters (Donald) of Madison, CT, Mary Anne Veal (Robert) of Advance, NC and Barbara Hendricks (Thomas) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Shannon Lay (Brad), Brent Hendricks (Kalli), Laura DelBene (Gregory), Sarah Gould (Robert), Christopher Veal (Nikki) and Ashley Veal (Donald); and his great grandchildren, Bradley Lay, Jackson, Lucas, Emma DelBene, Isabelle, Lucy Gould, Alec, Annabelle Darling and Lydia Veal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
