He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Floyd and Luvenia Russell Acker; and his wife Rose Alice Russell. He is survived by: his daughters, Luvenia Russell of Greenville, SC, Stephanie Russell of Spartanburg, SC, Tanya Russell of Spartanburg, SC, Crystal Russell-Mings of Spartanburg, SC and Caritina Russell of Greenville, SC; and his siblings, Julia Floyd, Juanita Floyd, Sarah Floyd, Mary Beasley, Carolyn Floyd, Theodore Floyd and Julius Floyd. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
