George Martin Harrison Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Martin Harrison (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Martin Harrison and George Alvin Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Arledge; his sons, Collins (Brittany), Taylor (Madison), Russell (Zoë), Hunter (Jenna) and Hudson; his grandchildren, Wright, Wilkes, Marshall, Abbott, Bizzy, Noelle, Phoebe, Aida, Gus and Maclaine; and his brothers, Rusty Harrison (Pam) and Scott Harrison (Lynn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Downtown Chapel (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church (207 Mitchell Rd, Greenville, SC 29615). A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609).
