With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floride Cothran Eschenberg of Greenville, South Carolina, born in Greer, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin H. Cothran and Emma Lou Curry; her husband Dr. Horst H. Eschenberg; her children, Christian H. Eschenberg and Caroline Eschenberg Brown; and her brother Alvin H. Cothran, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Horst; her caregivers, Ingrid Headrick, Laura Cote, Sandie Corkery, Quawn Griffin and Della Lattimore; and her cousin Harriet Willis Nash.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
