She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Orr; her parents, Leonard Rackley and Roxanne "Roxie" Moore Rackley; her grandson Trent Quinn; and her siblings, Leonard Rackley, Richard Rackley, Virginia Mann, Barbara McCullin and Emma Lois Rackley.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth "Allen" Quinn (Cindy); her grandchildren, Wesley Quinn (Ivee) and Staci Quinn McKnight (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Andi and Walker McKnight; and her sister Janice Bach.
