She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Waters and Addie Marie Crain of Travelers Rest; her husband Major Hipp of Greenville; and her brother Rev. Don Waters of Cleveland, SC.. She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Hipp of Greenville; and her siblings, Ida Boswell (Maurice) of Travelers Rest, Jean Waldrop of Travelers Rest and Kenneth Waters (Martha) of Taylors, SC. She is also survived by Many loving nieces and nephews.
