She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Johnston, IV; her parents, Eugene Asa Phelps and Florence Fanny Phelps; her siblings, Barbara Heckenliable and Robert Phelps; her grandson John Paul Guntsch; and her close friend Vivian Crane.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Johnston, Donald J. Johnston (Sheri), Elizabeth A. Guntsch (Fred) and Marcia E. Johnston; her grandchildren, F. Thomas Guntsch, Kimberly H. LaFrance (David), Robert M. Guntsch (Sam) of Christine, E. L, Street Joshua J. (Mike), Jacob Johnston (Annie) and Eric Johnston; her great grandchildren, Kayla LaFrance, Skyler LaFrance, Jax Johnston and Griffin Johnston; and her close friend Linda Crane.
